• Delivery Estimates: Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped, depending on your selected carrier method and location.

• Packaging: Every order is packaged securely to ensure your handcrafted jewelry arrives safely, gift-ready, and in pristine condition.

• Lost or Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged during transit or appears lost, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or solution promptly.
